How to Fix a Pixel Watch That Won’t Turn On

Pixel watches are an excellent accessory when it comes to tracking your fitness and staying connected on the go. However, it can be frustrating when you have to deal with the issue of a pixel watch not turning on. This problem can be caused by a variety of reasons, such as a dead battery, software glitches, or hardware issues. In this article, we have compiled a list of some easy and effective ways to fix your pixel watch if it won’t turn on.

1. Charge Your Pixel Watch

The first and the most common reason your pixel watch may not be turning on could be that the battery is dead. To solve this problem, place your watch on the charging dock and let it charge for several minutes. It is essential to ensure that the charging dock and cable are working correctly because the watch may not charge if the dock is not properly aligning with the pins on the back of the watch.

2. Restart Your Pixel Watch

If your pixel watch still does not turn on after charging it, try to restart the watch. Follow these steps to restart a pixel smartwatch: press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds. Once the logo appears on the screen, release the button. By doing so, the watch’s system will shut down and restart, and it might solve the issue.

3. Factory Reset Your Pixel Watch

If the above two solutions do not work, try to perform a factory reset on your pixel watch. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button until the watch vibrates, hold the button for five seconds, and then release it. You will then see a menu on the screen with different options. Swipe up on this menu until you see the “Settings” option. Tap on it, then on “System,” and finally “Disconnect and reset.” This will erase all data from the watch and restore it to its factory settings. Keep in mind that resetting your Pixel Watch will delete all your previously saved data, so make sure you have backed up your data before proceeding.

4. Contact Customer Support

If none of the above solutions solves the problem, it’s time to contact customer support. You can contact customer support by going to the Google Pixel Help page, selecting your device, and choosing the “Contact Us” option. Google Customer Support can help you with the issue and provide you with a solution or advice for further steps.

In conclusion, if your Pixel Watch is not turning on, it could be due to a dead battery, a software glitch, or hardware issues. The solutions above should help fix these problems, and if they do not, Google Customer Support is here to guide you further. Remember, it is crucial to follow the correct steps and precautions while troubleshooting, as any careless action can make the problem worse.
