Snapchat is a popular social media platform known for its ephemeral nature, allowing users to share photos and videos that disappear after being viewed. To make it easier for others to find and add you on Snapchat, the app provides each user with a custom URL or Snapcode. In this article, we will guide you through the process of finding your custom Snapchat URL and how to share it with others.

Step 1: Open Snapchat Profile Settings

Launch the Snapchat app on your mobile device by tapping on its icon from your home screen or app drawer. Make sure you are logged into your account.

Once inside the app:

• On iOS devices:

• Tap on your Profile icon at the top-left corner of the camera screen.

• Next, tap on the Settings gear icon at the top-right corner of your Profile page.

• On Android devices:

• Tap on your Profile icon located at either side (location may vary depending on device model).

• Then tap on Settings, usually represented by a gear-shaped icon.

Step 2: Access Additional Services

Within Settings:

1 . Scroll down until you find an option labeled Additional Services, often located under “Who Can…”.

2 . Tap on Additional Services to access more settings related to your Snapchat account.

Step 3: Locate Your Custom URL

Within Additional Services settings:

• Look for an option called Manage > Official Stories, sometimes referred to as “Official Accounts” or similar.

• Under Official Stories, locate and tap on an option called My Friends > My Friends’ URLs or something similar.

You should now see a section displaying information about how people can add you via various methods such as Snapcodes or URLs.

Step 4: Copy Your Custom URL

To copy and share your custom Snapchat URL:

1. Tap on your custom URL to select it.

2. Once selected, you should see options to Copy or Share the URL.

3. Tap on Copy to copy the URL to your device’s clipboard.

Step 5: Share Your Custom Snapchat URL

Now that you have copied your custom Snapchat URL:

• You can paste it into various platforms and share it with others who want to add you on Snapchat.

• Common methods for sharing include:

• Sending the URL via messaging apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, or SMS.

• Sharing it as a post or story on other social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

• Including the URL in your email signature or website if applicable.

Conclusion

Finding and sharing your custom Snapchat URL is a convenient way to allow others to easily find and connect with you on this popular social media platform. By following these simple steps within the app’s settings menu, you can quickly locate and copy your unique Snapcode link.

Remember that sharing your Snapchat profile comes with privacy considerations—ensure that you only share your custom URL with trusted individuals or within appropriate contexts. Enjoy connecting with friends and expanding your network through this engaging platform!
