Deleting specific website history from Safari on iPhone or iPad can be useful in various situations. For instance, when you want to clear the browsing data of a particular website, or you don’t want someone to access your browsing history. Whatever your reason may be, deleting specific website history from Safari is easy and straightforward. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Open the Safari app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 2: Tap on the bookmarks icon located at the bottom of the screen (it looks like an open book).

Step 3: Select the History option located at the top of the bookmarks menu.

Step 4: You will see a list of all the websites you have visited recently. To delete a specific website history, swipe left on it.

Step 5: Tap on the red Delete button that appears next to the website you want to remove.

Step 6: If you want to delete multiple website histories, repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have removed all the website histories you want.

Alternatively, you can also remove website history from Safari by clearing your entire browsing history.

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Safari.

Step 3: Tap on Clear History and Website Data.

Step 4: Tap on Clear History and Data again in the popup menu to confirm.

Note: Clearing your entire browsing history will remove all website histories from Safari, not just specific ones.

In conclusion, deleting specific website history from Safari on iPhone or iPad is a straightforward process that can be completed in a few easy steps. By following the instructions above, you can easily remove website histories from Safari and maintain your browsing privacy.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
