Plenty of Fish (POF) is one of the most popular dating sites and apps out there. However, sometimes users decide to delete their POF account because they no longer want to be on the site or they’ve found a partner. In this article, we will guide you on how to delete a POF account on an iPhone.

Firstly, it’s worth noting that deleting your POF account is a permanent action, which means that you won’t be able to reactivate it in the future. If you’ve decided that deleting your account is the right choice for you, then follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the POF App

The first thing you need to do is open the POF app on your iPhone. If you haven’t already downloaded it, you can do so from the App Store.

Step 2: Log In

After opening the app, log in to your POF account using your username/email and password.

Step 3: Tap on More

On the bottom menu bar, tap on the “More” option. This will open a drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select Delete Account

Scroll down and select the “Delete Account” option. You will be taken to a new screen.

Step 5: Choose Reason and Confirm

Here, you will be asked to choose a reason for deleting your account. You can select the reason from the dropdown menu or add a custom reason. After selecting the reason, tap on “Delete Account” to confirm.

Step 6: Logout

Once you’ve deleted your account, make sure to sign out from the app to ensure your account is fully deleted.

And that’s it! Your POF account has now been deleted. It’s important to note that the deletion process can take up to 24 hours. Additionally, if you have an active subscription, you will need to cancel it separately to avoid being charged.

In conclusion, deleting your POF account on iPhone is a straightforward process. Just make sure you carefully consider your decision before making the final call!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
