Step 1: Visit the Lazada website

To start the process of contacting Lazada, visit their official website at https://www.lazada.com.

Step 2: Log in to your Lazada account

To get personalized support, you should log in to your Lazada account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by clicking on the “Sign up” option.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage

Once you’re on the Lazada homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find various options and information about Lazada.

Step 4: Go to the “Customer Care” section

At the bottom of the page, find and click on the “Customer Care” link under the “HELP CENTER” section. This will lead you to a dedicated page containing various support resources.

Step 5: Read through Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Before contacting Lazada’s customer service directly, you may be able to find answers to your questions in their extensive FAQ section. Browse through this section to check if your query is already addressed there.

Step 6: Submit an inquiry via Contact Us form

If you can’t find an answer in the FAQs or prefer to contact them directly, click on “Contact Us” at the bottom of the Customer Care page. Here, you can submit an online form detailing your issue or question. Be sure to provide a valid email address so that they can get back to you.

Step 7: Chat with customer service

For real-time assistance, click on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of any page on the Lazada website. This option will connect you with a chatbot that can help answer some questions or direct you further in seeking assistance.

Step 8: Call their hotline number

If none of these online methods work for you, try calling Lazada’s customer service hotline number. The hotline number varies by country, so make sure to check their website for the correct number. Keep in mind that their hotline might have specific operating hours.

Step 9: Reach out via social media

Another way to contact Lazada is by reaching out through their official social media accounts, like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Send them a direct message or post on their page to connect with their customer service team.

These steps should help you contact Lazada’s customer support and get the assistance you need. Remember that contacting customer service might take time and patience, but they’re there to help you with your concerns.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
