Facebook is one of the most popular social networking sites with over 2.6 billion monthly active users. The site has been around for over a decade, and it has undergone significant changes since its inception. One of the most recent changes is the implementation of Dark Mode.

Dark Mode is a feature that is designed to reduce the glare from the screen, especially during low-light conditions. It is also known to save battery life on mobile devices. If you’re wondering how to change Facebook to Dark Mode, you’ve come to the right place! In this article, we will guide you through the process of enabling the Dark Mode feature on Facebook.

Step 1: Login to your Facebook account

The first step to enable Dark Mode on Facebook is to sign in to your account. If you’re not already logged in, open Facebook and enter your login details to access your account.

Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu

Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll see several options on the top right-hand corner of your screen. Click on the drop-down menu, which appears as an inverted triangle.

Step 3: Select “Settings & Privacy”

After clicking on the drop-down menu, you’ll see several options. Scroll down and select “Settings & Privacy.”

Step 4: Click on “Dark Mode”

After selecting “Settings & Privacy,” click on the “Dark Mode” option, which is located towards the bottom of the list.

Step 5: Choose your preference

Once you click on the “Dark Mode” option, you’ll see a new screen where you can choose between “On” and “Off.” Choose the “On” option to enable Dark Mode on Facebook or select “Off” to revert to the default light mode.

Step 6: Enjoy the new Dark Mode view

Once you select your preference, your Facebook account will switch to the new Dark Mode view. You’ll notice the changes immediately, and your screen will appear darker than usual, making it easier on the eyes.

Conclusion

Enabling Facebook’s Dark Mode feature is a simple yet effective way to reduce eye strain and save battery life. With just a few clicks, you can switch to the new Dark Mode view and enjoy a more comfortable browsing experience. By following the steps outlined in this article, you’ll be able to enable Dark Mode on Facebook with ease.
