Step 1: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and enter your email and password associated with your Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Step 2: Go to your Services and Subscriptions page

Once you’re signed in, click on the “Services and Subscriptions” tab. Here you will see a list of all the services and subscriptions you have with Microsoft, including your Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Step 3: Manage your subscription

Find your Xbox Live Gold subscription in the list and click on “Manage”. From there, you will see options to turn off auto-renew or cancel your subscription.

Step 4: Confirm cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Make sure to read any terms and conditions before confirming.

That’s it! Once you cancel your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will no longer be charged for the service.
