Google is one of the most widely used search engines in the world today. It has become the go-to platform for all our search needs, from browsing the web to finding directions and access to our emails. However, it also maintains a record of our browsing history, which can be a privacy concern for many users. In this article, we will discuss how to access and delete your Google history.

Accessing Your Google History:

To access your Google history, first, you need to be signed in to your Google account on your device. Once you are signed in, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Google Account activity page by clicking on the following link: https://myactivity.google.com/myactivity

Step 2: Here, you will be presented with a list of all your Google activity, including search history, youtube search history, location history, and more.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, you can filter the results by specific categories, such as search, maps, voice search, etc.

Deleting Your Google History:

If you are concerned about your privacy and want to delete your Google history, you can do so by following the simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Google Account activity page.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, choose the category of activity you want to delete. For example, if you want to delete your search history, select “search” from the menu.

Step 3: Once you have selected the category, you will see a list of all the activity in that category. You can now select the individual items you want to delete, or you can choose to delete all activity.

Step 4: To delete all activity, click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen, and select “Delete activity by.”

Step 5: Choose the time range for which you want to delete your activity. You can choose last hour, last day, last week, last month, all time, or custom range.

Step 6: Once you have selected the time range, click on “Delete” to delete all your activity for that period.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
