Did you know that logging less than seven hours of sleep each night may have negative effects on your health? As per National Sleep Foundation, adults aged 18-64 need to sleep for 7-9 hours per night. However, if you’re having trouble falling asleep, it can be challenging to reach the recommended hours needed for well-being.

Luckily, with modern technology, we have access to a vast array of resources that can aid us in getting better sleep. YouTube, in particular, has several channels dedicated to improving sleep quality. Here are some of the best channels you can turn to when you’re having a hard time falling asleep:

1. Sleep TV

With over 1 million subscribers, Sleep TV provides high-quality videos and sounds that can help you fall asleep within minutes. The channel features various types of sleep-inducing sounds, such as white noise, rainfall, and a mix of other nature sounds.

2. The Honest Guys

This channel offers meditation and relaxation videos designed to help people fall asleep. The Honest Guys channel focuses on providing calming and soothing sounds that help with stress relief leading to peaceful and restful sleep.

3. Calm

Calm is not only a YouTube channel but also a well-established meditation app. They have a series of videos of sleep stories narrated by celebrities such as Matthew McConaughey and Leona Lewis. Their videos are designed to help you drift off into a peaceful slumber with the help of soothing voices, calming music, and sound effects.

4. Jason Stephenson – Sleep Meditation Music

Jason Stephenson’s channel offers meditation music designed for sleep and relaxation. His videos include calming music with beautiful backgrounds, affirmations, and guided meditations. It’s a great way to clear your mind and enable you to relax and fall asleep peacefully.

5. ASMR Darling

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a technique to help people fall asleep that utilizes gentle sounds such as whispering, tapping, and the sound of clothing. ASMR Darling is one of the more well-known and top-rated ASMR channels on YouTube, with almost 3 million subscribers. This channel offers a broad range of ASMR videos that can help you relax and sleep soundly.

In conclusion, these are some of the best channels on YouTube with relaxing and calming videos that can help you fall asleep faster. However, it’s worth noting that people may have different preferences when it comes to sleep-inducing sounds and videos.

So, if you’re having trouble falling asleep, try checking out one of these channels or even YouTube’s vast array of other relaxation channels. It may take some time to find the right videos that work for you, but once you do, it will be well worth the effort for a good night’s rest.
