Strategy games have been popular for decades and with the advancement of technology, these games have become even more engaging and exciting. If you’re a Mac user, you’re in luck because there are some great strategy games you can play on your computer. From historical battles to futuristic worlds, Mac users have a variety of exciting games to explore. Here are some great strategy games you can play on your Mac.

1) Civilization VI

Civilization VI is one of the most popular strategy games on Mac. In this game, you start as a small civilization and work your way up to conquer the world. You make decisions on technologies, government policies, engage in diplomacy, and build cities. You also engage in battles with other civilizations to become the most powerful empire in the world. This game is engaging and requires planning, patience and strategy.

2) Total War: Three Kingdoms

If you love strategy games that focus on historical events, then Total War: Three Kingdoms is a great game for you. This game is set in ancient China where you can choose between 12 factions and try to unite the country. You engage in battles, strategize and make tough political decisions that will determine the outcome of the game.

3) Stellaris

Stellaris is a strategy game set in outer space where you take control of a species on a journey through the galaxy. You explore different galaxies, colonize planets, engage in diplomacy, and battle against other species. This game requires patience and strategy as you must make important decisions that will determine the growth and survival of your species.

4) XCOM 2

For those who love sci-fi strategy games, XCOM 2 is a great option. In this game, humanity is in peril and you must lead a team of soldiers to defend the planet from alien invaders. You upgrade your weapons and abilities, make strategic decisions to outsmart the enemy while fighting to save the planet.

5) Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition

Age of Empires has been around for decades and with the Definitive Edition, it’s better than ever. In this game, you build and manage your civilization, engage in battles and try to become the most successful empire in the world. It’s a classic game that remains popular, and with new and improved graphics and gameplay, it’s perfect for Mac users.
