Flooding State of Emergency Extended
Governor Brian Kemp extended the state of emergency for southeast Georgia due to severe flooding caused by heavy rainfall. The emergency order, which includes Savannah, will remain in effect until November 20. The state is mobilizing resources to assist in recovery efforts.
