The iPhone XS, XS Max and XR are the latest models from Apple’s iPhone series. These three models are a part of the 12th generation of iPhones that were launched in September 2018. If you are an Apple enthusiast, then you have probably been eagerly anticipating the release of these models. So, here is everything you need to know about the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR.

Design and Display

The iPhone XS and XS Max come with a stainless steel frame and have a glass finish while the iPhone XR features an aluminium frame and a glass back. The iPhone XS has a 5.8-inch OLED display and a resolution of 1125 x 2436 pixels. On the other hand, the XS Max features a 6.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1242 x 2688 pixels. The iPhone XR, on the other hand, features a 6.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 828 x 1792 pixels.

Camera

The iPhone XS and XS Max both feature a dual 12-megapixel rear camera system. The rear camera features improved true tone flash, larger and deeper pixels and Smart HDR. The front camera is a 7-megapixel TrueDepth camera system, and like the rear camera, it also features Smart HDR. The iPhone XR, on the other hand, features a single 12-megapixel rear camera system and a 7-megapixel front camera system.

Processor and Battery Life

The iPhone XS, XS Max and XR are all powered by Apple’s A12 Bionic chip with a 7-nanometer process, which is faster and more efficient than the A11 chip found in the previous version. This means that the new iPhone models are faster than their predecessors and result in a smoother and more responsive user experience. The battery life of the iPhone XS is up to 30 minutes longer than the iPhone X, while the iPhone XS Max lasts up to an hour and a half longer than the iPhone X. The iPhone XR comes with a battery life that lasts up to an hour and a half longer than the iPhone 8 Plus.

Storage

All three models come with 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB storage options. However, the iPhone XS and XS Max also have a 512GB storage option, which is the largest storage option available on an iPhone till date.

Price

The starting price of the iPhone XS is $999, the iPhone XS Max starts at $1,099, and the iPhone XR starts at $749.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR are all unique in their own way. With the A12 Bionic chip, updated camera systems, and an exceptional design, these three models are definitely worth considering if you are looking for a new phone. They all come with a decent battery life, and the different storage options cater to a vast array of user requirements while making them look premium. So, check out these models and choose the one that fits your style and budget.
