Step 1: Cleanse your face

Before using Nuface, make sure your face is clean and free of dirt, makeup, or oil. This will ensure better contact between the device and your skin, leading to more effective results.

Step 2: Apply the Nuface gel primer

Apply a generous amount of Nuface gel primer on your face. The gel helps conduct microcurrents from the device to your skin. Don’t worry about applying too much – you can always remove any excess after the treatment.

Step 3: Power on the Nuface device

Turn on your Nuface device by pressing the power button. A green light should appear, indicating that it’s ready for use.

Step 4: Adjust intensity level

Choose the intensity level that feels comfortable for you. Start at a low setting and increase it as per your comfort.

Step 5: Positioning the device

Place the Nuface device on your target area, ensuring both spheres are touching your skin. The correct positioning of the spheres is critical for effective treatment.

Step 6: Glide movements

Gently glide the Nuface device along your face following natural contours. Move in an upward direction from the neck towards the forehead.

Step 7: Hold at key areas

When you reach areas such as eyebrows or cheekbones, hold the device for a few seconds before continuing your gliding motion. This helps to lift and sculpt these facial features.

Step 8: Repeat movements

Repeat each gliding movement a couple of times before moving on to another area of your face.

Step 9: Switch sides

After finishing one side of your face, remember to repeat the process on the other side. Make sure you maintain consistency by applying equal pressure and using similar techniques on both sides of your face.

Step 10: Additional attachments (optional)

Nuface devices may have additional attachments for specific purposes, such as the eye and lip attachment. If you have these, follow the recommended steps for properly using them.

Step 11: Power off the device

Once you’ve completed all your treatment areas, turn off the Nuface device by pressing the power button.

Step 12: Clean off the gel primer

Remove any remaining gel primer from your face using a soft, damp cloth or rinse with water.

Step 13: Apply moisturizer

Finish your Nuface treatment by applying your favorite moisturizer onto your face. This helps keep your skin hydrated and supple.

Keep in mind that consistent use of Nuface is vital to achieve optimal results. Make it a part of your skincare routine to experience a more youthful appearance and radiant skin.

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject.
