Evanston Invites Public Comment on 2025-2029 Development Plans
Evanston is seeking public feedback on its Draft 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Draft 2025 Action Plan, focusing on housing, community, and economic development needs for low- and moderate-income residents. The plans will be submitted to HUD for funding through the CDBG and HOME programs. Public meetings are scheduled for November 19 and December 17.
