Best Spinach Artichoke Cups Recipe – How to Make Spinach Artichoke Cups

Introduction:

Spinach Artichoke Cups are an excellent appetizer for any gathering, combining the delicious and nutritious qualities of spinach and artichokes in small, easy-to-eat pastry cups. In this article, we’ll show you how to make the best Spinach Artichoke Cups quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

– 1 can (14oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 24 mini phyllo pastry cups (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are uniformly blended.

3. Arrange the mini phyllo pastry cups on an ungreased baking sheet.

4. Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture into each cup, making sure to fill them evenly.

5. Bake the Spinach Artichoke Cups in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the phyllo cups are golden brown.
