If you’re a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, then there’s no better combination than the heavenly flavors of Reese’s. Making your own homemade Reese’s chip cookies is an easy and enjoyable process that will leave your taste buds craving more. In this article, we’ll share the best recipe for Reese’s chip cookies and guide you through the process step by step.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup packed light brown sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 2 cups Reese’s peanut butter chips

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats to prevent the cookies from sticking.

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar using an electric mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. This should take about 3 minutes.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Mix in the vanilla extract.

4. In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined.

5. Fold in the Reese’s peanut butter chips and semisweet chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

6. Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden-brown and the centers look slightly under-baked.

8. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.

These irresistibly soft and chewy Reese’s chip cookies will quickly become a family favorite. The combination of peanut butter chips and chocolate chips provides the perfect mix of sweet and salty flavors, making these cookies perfect as a dessert or an indulgent snack. Happy baking!
