Introduction:

There’s something magical about enjoying a cup of hot cocoa on a cold winter’s day. What if we told you there’s a way to capture that cozy feeling and transform it into everybody’s favorite frozen treat, ice cream? Enter the world of hot cocoa no-churn ice cream – a delicious and simple dessert that’ll make your taste buds sing. In this article, we’ll share the best recipe for making this irresistible ice cream, no ice-cream maker required.

Ingredients:

– 2 cups heavy whipping cream

– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

– 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

– 1 cup hot cocoa mix

– 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

– 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

2. In another large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, stirring well to combine.

3. Gradually fold in the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

4. Add the hot cocoa mix to the mixture and fold gently until it’s evenly distributed throughout.

5. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, making sure they’re spread throughout the mixture evenly.

6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or other freezer-safe container. Smooth out the top with a spatula or spoon.

7. Cover with plastic wrap, ensuring it’s tightly sealed to avoid any air getting inside.

8. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.

9. When you’re ready to serve, remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow it to sit at room temperature for around 10 minutes for easier scooping.

10. Scoop into your favorite ice cream bowls and enjoy!

In Conclusion:

This hot cocoa no-churn ice cream recipe is a delightful and creative spin on the classic winter beverage. It’s easy to make and requires no special equipment, making it the perfect frozen treat to enjoy with family and friends. Give it a try and let the warm flavors of hot cocoa in a cold, creamy scoop take you to dessert heaven.
