Are you searching for the perfect appetizer to impress your guests at your next gathering? Look no further! We have the ultimate crowd-pleasing recipe for you – the best Crab Artichoke Dip. This delicious, rich, and creamy mixture brings together the delicate taste of crab with the irresistible flavor of artichokes. Here’s how you can make this delectable dip at home:

Ingredients:

– 8 oz lump crab meat, drained

– 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives

– Juice and zest of half a lemon

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

3. Fold in the lump crab meat and chopped artichoke hearts after ensuring they are well-drained.

4. Add in the mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.

5. Incorporate minced garlic, chopped green onions or chives, fresh lemon juice, and zest.

6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust accordingly based on your personal preferences.

7. Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish (approximately 8 inches in diameter or similar size). Flatten the surface gently with a spatula or spoon.

8. Bake the Crab Artichoke Dip in your preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. The dip should be heated through, bubbly on the edges, and slightly brown on the top.

9. When ready, remove the dip from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

This incredibly delicious Crab Artichoke Dip pairs perfectly with an assortment of bread, crackers, or tortilla chips. Your guests will rave over its amazing flavor and they’ll be asking you for the recipe in no time. Enjoy your gathering with the best Crab Artichoke Dip!
