Brioche is a rich, buttery bread originating from France which makes it perfect for preparing delicious and indulgent French toast. In this article, we’ll explore the best Brioche French Toast recipe that you won’t be able to resist trying out for yourself.

Ingredients:

– 8 slices of Brioche bread (preferably 1-inch thick)

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

– 1 tbsp granulated sugar

– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

– Pinch of salt

– 4 tbsp unsalted butter (for pan-frying)

– Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, whipped cream, or powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish or pie plate, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

2. Preheat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of unsalted butter to the pan.

3. Soak each slice of Brioche bread in the egg mixture for about 20 seconds per side. Be sure not to leave the bread soaking for too long or else it may become too soggy.

4. Once soaked, gently place each slice onto the preheated skillet with butter. Cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the remaining slices of bread, adding more butter as needed.

6. Serve your Brioche French toast warm with your choice of toppings such as maple syrup, fresh berries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.

And there you have it, the best Brioche French Toast recipe! This luxurious and delightful breakfast dish is perfect for weekend brunches or special occasions. The buttery and tender Brioche bread, combined with the creamy and flavorful egg mixture, creates a memorable meal that everyone will love.
