If you’re an avid gamer, you’re probably familiar with Epic Games. It’s a popular gaming platform that offers free games, exclusive titles, and a plethora of multiplayer games that you can enjoy with your friends. If you’re new to Epic Games, you might be wondering how to add friends to your account. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of adding friends on Epic Games.

Step 1: Create an Epic Games Account

Before you can add friends, you need to create an account on Epic Games. If you already have an account, skip to step 2. To create an account, go to the Epic Games website and click on the “Sign In” button. Then click on the “Sign Up” button and fill in your details, including your name, email address, and a secure password. Once you’ve created an account, you can move to the next step.

Step 2: Find Your Friends

To add friends on Epic Games, you need to know their Epic Games username or email address. If you have your friends’ email addresses, you can use the “Add Friends” feature to search for them. To do this, click on the “Friends” tab in the top-right corner of the Epic Games launcher. Then click on the “Add a Friend” button and enter your friend’s email address. Epic Games will send them an email invitation to join your friends list.

If you don’t have your friend’s email address, you can search for them by their Epic Games username. To do this, click on the “Epic Friends” button on the left side of the Friends tab. Enter your friend’s username in the search bar and press Enter. If your friend has an Epic Games account, their profile will show up in the search results. Click on their name to view their profile and then click on the “Add Friend” button.

Step 3: Send a Friend Request

Once you’ve found your friend’s profile, you can send them a friend request. To do this, click on the “Add Friend” button on their profile. You’ll be asked to include a message with your request. This is an optional step, but it’s a good idea to add a personal message so that your friend knows who you are and why you want to add them.

Step 4: Wait for Your Friend to Accept the Request

Now that you’ve sent your friend a friend request, all you have to do is wait for them to accept it. Once they do, they’ll show up in your friends list on Epic Games.

Step 5: Play Games Together

Now that you’ve added your friends on Epic Games, you can start playing games together. Simply launch the game you want to play and invite your friend to join you. You can also use the “Join Party” feature to join your friend’s game.

In Conclusion

Adding friends on Epic Games is a simple process that can enhance your gaming experience. By following these steps, you can easily connect with your friends and play games together. So go ahead and add your friends on Epic Games and enjoy gaming together!
