Have you ever come across an image on the web that you want to share or add to your own website or social media platform? Do you struggle to figure out how to copy the image’s URL in order to easily access and use it? No worries, we’ve got you covered! In this article, we will explain how to copy a web image’s URL in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Locate the image you want to copy

The first step to copying an image’s URL is to find the image on the web. This can be done by either searching for the image using a search engine, or by locating the image on a specific website or social media platform.

Step 2: Right-click on the image

Once you have found the image you want to copy, move your mouse pointer over the image and right-click the mouse. This action will bring up a drop-down menu with a few options.

Step 3: Select “Copy image address” or “Copy image URL”

In the drop-down menu, you will see an option that says “Copy image address” or “Copy image URL”. Select this option, and the image’s URL will be copied to your clipboard.

Step 4: Paste the URL where you want to use it

Now that you have copied the image’s URL, you can paste it wherever you want to use it. This may be on your own website or social media platform, or in a message to share with others.

In conclusion, copying a web image’s URL is a simple process that only requires a few steps. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can easily copy an image’s URL and use it as desired.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
