Hibernate mode is a feature in Windows 10 that allows you to save your current work and turn off your computer, while still being able to resume work exactly as you left it. This can be very useful if you need to take a break from work or if you need to move your computer to another location.
The default settings on Windows 10 do not include an option to hibernate your computer in the start menu. However, adding the hibernate option to the start menu is not difficult, and you can do it quickly by following a few simple steps.

Here’s how to add the hibernate option to your Windows 10 start menu:

1. Open the power options menu

Click on the start menu and type “power options” into the search bar. Click on the “Power & sleep settings” option from the search results.

2. Select “Additional power settings”

On the right-hand side of the opened window, you’ll see “Additional power settings”; click on it to open the Power Options window.

3. Click on “Choose what the power buttons do.”

In the Power Options window, click on “Choose what the power buttons do”, which is located on the left-hand side of the window.

4. Click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable.”

To make the changes, click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable,” which will allow you to access options that are unavailable by default.

5. Under the “Shutdown settings” section, check the “Hibernate” box.

Scroll down until you see the “Shutdown settings” section. Put a checkmark in the box next to “Hibernate” to enable the option.

6. Save your changes.

Click on “Save changes” at the bottom of the window to apply your changes and add the hibernate option to your start menu.
After completing these steps, you should now see the hibernate option in the start menu. To access the hibernate option, click on the start menu, and you’ll see the option under the “power” options.

In conclusion, adding the hibernate option to the start menu in Windows 10 is a simple process that doesn’t take much time. By following these easy steps, you can quickly enable this useful feature and save your current work to resume later.
