Best Time To Exercise For Weight Management Is Between 7 And 9 In The Morning:Study

The timing of exercise could be pivotal in achieving optimal weight management, according to a recent study. Researchers have found that the best time to exercise for those looking to manage their weight efficiently is in the early morning, specifically between 7 and 9 AM.

This conclusion comes from an analysis of multiple studies comparing results from exercise sessions held at different times of the day. The study posited that during these early hours, the body’s metabolism is more active, allowing individuals to burn more calories than they would exercising at other times.

Moreover, exercising in the morning has been linked to better regulation of appetite throughout the day. Individuals who work out early typically have reduced cravings and tend to make healthier food choices, factors that are critical for weight management.

Another aspect considered by the researchers was the consistency of workout routines. Morning exercisers tend to stick to their fitness regimes more consistently than those who plan workouts later in the day. The routine of morning exercise can translate into a sustained habit, promoting long-term weight management.

The hormone regulation also plays a role according to the findings. Morning physical activity can influence circadian rhythms which may impact hormones related to hunger and satiety. Thus, early exercise could help regulate hunger hormones like ghrelin and satiety hormones like leptin more favorably for weight control.

Despite these insights, it’s important to note that individual preferences and schedules still dictate when many people can work out, and any consistent physical activity can contribute positively towards weight management. However, for those with flexibility in their schedules, aiming for an exercise window between 7 to 9 in the morning might provide an edge in their weight management efforts.

In conclusion, while any amount of physical activity is beneficial regardless of timing, this study highlights that making a choice to sweat it out early could offer additional advantages for managing weight effectively. As always, individuals should consult with health professionals before making significant changes to their exercise routines or if they have specific health concerns.
