7 Tips to Have the Best Vacation Ever at Disney

1.Plan ahead: Disney parks are massive, with countless attractions, shows, parades, and experiences. To make the most of your vacation, it’s essential to plan your visit in advance. Book your tickets early, use the Disney app to keep track of wait times and reservations, and have a rough itinerary that includes your must-do activities.

2.Stay on property: Consider staying at a Disney resort hotel. These accommodations offer early entrance to the parks and other perks like complimentary transportation that can make your visit more convenient and magical.

3.Use FASTPASS and MaxPass: Take advantage of Disney’s FASTPASS system to skip long lines for popular rides. In some parks, you can also purchase MaxPass for even more time-saving benefits.

4.Explore during off-peak times: If possible, schedule your trip during off-peak periods when the crowds are smaller. You’ll spend less time in lines and have a more relaxed experience.

5.Don’t skip the shows and parades: While it’s tempting to go from ride to ride, Disney’s shows and parades are top-notch and deserve a spot in your schedule. They offer a chance to rest while still enjoying premiere entertainment.

6.Budget for food and souvenirs: Dining at Disney is part of the experience but can be pricey, so include meals and snacks in your budget. Also, allot funds for souvenirs which make great mementos from your trip.

7.Dress comfortably and prepare for weather changes: Comfortable shoes are a must as you’ll be walking quite a bit. Also, pack layers or ponchos because weather can be unpredictable — you don’t want rain or cooler temperatures to dampen your fun.

Remember these tips to create lasting memories on what could be the best vacation you’ve ever had at the Happiest Place on Earth!

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
