Facing trouble with the Weather app on your Windows 11 computer? It can be frustrating when you rely on it to plan your day or dress accordingly. Hopefully, you’ll be able to resolve the issue with one of these top six fixes:

1. Check Internet Connection: Before diving into more complex solutions, ensure you have a stable internet connection. The Weather app needs the internet to fetch the latest data.

2. Update the Weather App: Sometimes, a simple update is all you need. Go to the Microsoft Store, check if there’s an update for the Weather app, and install it if available.

3. Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Windows 11 comes with various troubleshooters designed to quickly fix common problems. You can find the troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and selecting ‘Windows Store Apps’.

4. Reset the Weather App: If the app is still not working properly, you can reset it to its default state. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find the Weather app, click on the three dots, and select ‘Advanced options’. Scroll down and click ‘Reset’.

5. Reinstall the Weather App: In some cases, a fresh install is necessary. Uninstall the Weather app from your computer and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

6. Check for Windows Updates: Lastly, ensure that your system is up-to-date with any available patches or bug fixes by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for updates.

In conclusion, there are several approaches to fixing a non-functional Weather app on Windows 11—starting from basic connectivity checks to more comprehensive system updates. With these six fixes, most issues should be resolved, and you’ll be back to planning your day with confidence in no time!
