The iPad is a versatile device that can be used for both work and play. However, there are times when you don’t want to be disturbed by notifications and calls. This is where the “Do Not Disturb” feature comes in handy. In this article, we will guide you on how to use Do Not Disturb on your iPad.

Step One: Access Control Center

The first step is to access the Control Center on your iPad. To do this, swipe down from the top right corner of your screen.

Step Two: Enable Do Not Disturb

Once you have accessed the Control Center, look for the crescent moon icon. Tap on it to enable Do Not Disturb mode. You will know that it is enabled when the icon turns purple.

Step Three: Customize Settings

You can customize your Do Not Disturb settings to suit your needs. To do this, go to Settings and select “Do Not Disturb.” Here, you can choose to allow calls from certain contacts or allow repeated calls to come through.

Step Four: Schedule Do Not Disturb

If you want to schedule Do Not Disturb mode to automatically turn on and off at specific times, go to Settings and select “Do Not Disturb.” Here, you can set a schedule for when you want this feature to be enabled.

Step Five: Enable Bedtime Mode

Bedtime mode is a sub-feature of Do Not Disturb that is designed to help you get a good night’s sleep. When enabled, it will dim your screen and silence notifications until you turn it off in the morning. To enable Bedtime Mode, go to Settings and select “Do Not Disturb.” Here, you can turn on the Bedtime Mode toggle.

In conclusion, the Do Not Disturb feature on your iPad is a useful tool that can help you stay focused and avoid distractions. By following these simple steps, you can easily enable and customize this feature to suit your needs.
