6 Best Fixes for Telegram Keeps Logging Me Out on Mobile and Desktop

Are you frequently experiencing the frustrating issue of Telegram unexpectedly logging you out on your mobile or desktop? While Telegram is known for its reliability and security features, like any software, it can encounter snags that may disrupt your user experience. Here are the six best solutions to help you stay connected:

1.Update the App: Outdated versions of apps can cause unpredictable behavior due to unpatched bugs or compatibility issues with newer operating systems. Check your app store for any available updates for Telegram and install them.

2.Check Telegram’s Server Status: Sometimes the problem isn’t on your end but with Telegram’s servers. Before tweaking any settings, verify if there are any reported outages or maintenance activities which might be temporarily causing this issue.

3.Review Your Sessions: If you’re getting logged out across devices, it may be due to an active session that’s been terminated or is conflicting with the current session. Go into Telegram’s Settings and navigate to ‘Devices’ (or ‘Active Sessions’ on desktop) and close sessions that are unfamiliar or unnecessary.

4.Clear Cache/Data (Mobile): Accumulated cache data might corrupt or pile up, causing unexpected logouts. On mobile, clear Telegram’s cache in your smartphone settings; Android users have a direct option while iOS users may need to reinstall the app since they don’t have a dedicated cache cleaning feature.

5.Check for Interfering Software (Desktop): Other applications like VPNs or firewalls on your desktop could interfere with Telegram’s connectivity. Make sure that such software is configured properly to allow for unhindered access to Telegram servers.

6.Reinstall the App: A last-resort fix that often works is simply reinstalling the application on your device. This can clear up any deeply rooted issues and start you afresh without any corrupted files that might have been causing the problem.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the persistent logging-out problem and enjoy uninterrupted messaging on Telegram. Remember, always safeguard your data by backing up chats if necessary before making changes to the app or device settings.
