One that’s made from pure cocoa! Here are three different ways you can make hot chocolate mix from pure cocoa powder.

1. Classic Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

– 2 cups pure unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup dry milk powder

Instructions:

In a large bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Add the dry milk powder to the mixture and stir well until thoroughly combined. Store this mix in an airtight container.

To prepare a mug of hot chocolate, simply mix 3 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix with 8 ounces of hot water or milk. Stir well until dissolved and enjoy!

2. Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

– 2 cups pure unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup dry milk powder

Instructions:

Just like with the classic recipe, sift together the cocoa, powdered sugar, spices, and salt. Add in the dry milk powder and mix well. Store this spiced mixture in an airtight container.

To make a delicious mug of spiced hot chocolate, combine 3 tablespoons of the mix with 8 ounces of hot water or milk. Stir well to dissolve, and enjoy your warming spiced hot chocolate.

3. Peppermint Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

– 2 cups pure unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

– 1 cup dry milk powder

Instructions:

First, sift the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the crushed peppermint candies and dry milk powder until thoroughly combined. Store the mixture in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

To enjoy a mug of peppermint hot chocolate, mix 3 tablespoons of the mixture with 8 ounces of hot water or milk. Stir until well dissolved and savor the delicious minty flavor.
