Tilapia is a versatile and popular fish that offers a combination of health benefits, delicate flavor, and easy preparation. Baking frozen tilapia is an excellent choice for a quick and delicious meal. In this article, we will discuss three different ways to bake frozen tilapia that can help you have dinner on the table in no time!

1. Simple Baked Tilapia with Seasoning

Ingredients:

– Frozen tilapia fillets

– Olive oil

– Salt

– Pepper

– Your favorite seasoning blend (such as garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

3. Place the frozen tilapia fillets on the lined baking sheet.

4. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasoning blend.

5. Bake the tilapia for 20-25 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

2. Baked Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients:

– Frozen tilapia fillets

– Olive oil

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the frozen tilapia fillets on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.

4. One at a time, dip each fillet into the cheese mixture, pressing it gently to coat both sides evenly.

5. Place coated fillets on a lined baking sheet.

6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3. Baked Tilapia with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients:

– Frozen tilapia fillets

– Olive oil

– 1 lemon

– Fresh herbs, such as dill, parsley, or chives

– Salt

– Pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

3. Place the frozen tilapia fillets on the lined baking sheet.

4. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil.

5. Zest half a lemon over the fillets and then slice the rest into thin rounds.

6. Place a lemon round on top of each fillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your desired amount of chopped fresh herbs.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
