Introduction:

The highly anticipated 2024 Honda CR-V has finally arrived, and with it comes an exciting new Sport-L trim and higher prices across the board. The popular SUV aims to attract more buyers by offering a refreshing redesign, enhanced features, and improved performance standards. Here’s everything you need to know about this latest upgrade.

New Sport-L Trim:

The highlight of the 2024 Honda CR-V lineup is undoubtedly the debut of its new Sport-L trim. Sitting between the existing EX and EX-L trims, this addition brings a perfect blend of sportiness and luxury. The Sport-L trim boasts a more aggressive design, featuring stylish black accents on the wheels, grille, and trimming. The interior, too, impresses with leather seats, a premium sound system, and ambient lighting.

Performance Upgrades:

The 2024 Honda CR-V doesn’t disappoint when it comes to performance. Under the hood lies a choice of two engines: the standard 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder providing 190 horsepower or the optional hybrid powertrain with a combined output of 212 horsepower. Transmission options include a continuously variable transmission (CVT) for seamless gear transitions.

Higher Prices:

With the introduction of an all-new trim level and upgraded performance features, there’s no surprise that prices are set to increase for the 2024 Honda CR-V. The latest model will start at $26,500 for the base LX trim – a slight bump compared to last year’s $25,350 base price tag. As for the new Sport-L trim, buyers can expect a starting price of approximately $31,000.

Advanced Safety Features:

As is expected from any renowned automaker like Honda, safety is a top priority for their vehicles. Along with standard safety features such as airbags and electronic stability control (ESC), the 2024 Honda CR-V offers the comprehensive Honda Sensing® suite, including features like adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation braking system, and lane-keep assist. Buyers can have peace of mind knowing that their SUV is well-equipped to handle whatever life throws at it.

Conclusion:

The 2024 Honda CR-V, with its new Sport-L trim and higher prices, proves to be a force to be reckoned with in the crowded SUV market. Offering stylish design touches and performance enhancements along with cutting-edge safety features, the latest CR-V model has something for every buyer. While the increased pricing may turn some heads, the upgrades and additions make the cost more than justifiable for those seeking either sportiness or luxury in their next family vehicle.
