Chandler Bing, with his sarcastic wit and self-deprecating humor, is undoubtedly one of the most adored characters in the timeless sitcom ‘Friends.’ Portrayed by Matthew Perry, Chandler’s unforgettable moments are a significant part of what has made the show such a staple in pop culture. From his awkward encounters to his hilarious one-liners, here are 15 of the best Chandler Bing moments that have etched their way into our hearts.

.”Could I BE wearing any more clothes?” –When Chandler gets back at Joey for taking his underwear by putting on all of Joey’s clothes at once.

.The chick and the duck –Chandler’s reluctant decision to keep a baby chick that Joey buys impulsively eventually leads to them adopting a duck, forming an unusual family dynamic.

.Hiding from Janice –Chandler’s recurring attempts to break up with his loud and boisterous girlfriend Janice (and failing miserably) always result in some hilariously uncomfortable situations.

.Thanksgiving Fiascos –Every Thanksgiving episode features a memorable moment from Chandler, whether it’s him accidentally revealing Ross’s pot-smoking secret or his touching declaration of love for Monica.

.The box as punishment –To prove how sorry he is for kissing Kathy, Joey puts Chandler in a box during Thanksgiving, leading to some silent laughs.

.The nubbin incident –When Chandler discovers he has a third nipple, or ‘nubbin,’ it prompts a series of jokes at his expense but ultimately leads him to embrace his unique physical quirk.

.”I’m not great at the advice… Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment?” –A line that perfectly encapsulates Chandler’s approach to consolation and life advice.

.His job at ‘a big fancy office’ –Despite working there for years, none of his friends know what he does for a living (something with “transponding” as they believe). His complex job remains an ongoing joke throughout the series.

.Pulling Monica out from under the bed –After overhearing Monica being called fat by Ross’s parents, he accidentally reveals his presence by agreeing emphatically from under the bed.

.His fear of commitment – Through various episodes, Chandler’s struggle with commitment provides layers to his character and makes his ultimate marriage to Monica even more satisfying.

.That time he was stuck in an ATM vestibule with Jill Goodacre –An early episode showcases Chandler awkwardly trying to make conversation while trapped inside an ATM vestibule during a blackout with a supermodel.

.His dance moves – From deedle-dooing when happy to showing off some truly unique dance skills at Ross’s gathering—the spirit is willing but the flesh looks like it’s dancing in quicksand.

.Proposal to Monica – In a classic emotionally charged moment filled with tears and laughter, Chandler proposes to Monica in their apartment filled with candles, cementing them as one of television’s beloved couples.

.Smoking relapses –Despite quitting smoking, Chandler occasionally relapses into his old habit when things get too stressful, reminding viewers of his ongoing battle and making for some comedic yet real struggles.

.“Gum would be perfection” –Trying too hard to impress during an important work dinner leads to Chandler awkwardly proclaiming that gum would be perfection after being offered it by his boss—only to later choke on it in an elevator.

Each of these moments cements Chandler Bing not only as the king of sarcasm but also as a beloved character whose misadventures and quirks have provided endless entertainment throughout ‘Friends.’
