Aloe vera is a perennial plant known for its incredible health benefits. It has been used historically to treat various ailments and modern science continues to uncover its true potential. Aloe vera contains essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids which can be beneficial when consumed. In this article, we will discuss 13 creative ways to integrate aloe vera into your diet.
