Baldur’s Gate 3, the latest installment in the iconic RPG series, is filled with hidden treasures that can easily go unnoticed. Amongst these are some incredibly rare items that not only add lore and depth to the game but also provide unique advantages to those who find them. Below are ten of the rarest items you may have missed in your playthroughs, along with tips on how you can get your hands on them.

1.The Whispering Promise

How to Get: Located in a hidden vault within the Underdark. To access it, you need to find a concealed switch in a nearby temple ruin covered by overgrowth.

2.Exterminator’s Axe

How to Get: Awarded after defeating the Broodmother deep within the Goblin Camp. This requires careful maneuvering through hostile territory or using disguises.

3.Cloak of Invisibility

How to Get: It can be purchased from a mysterious merchant who only appears during full moons at an isolated spot near the Risen Road.

4.Boots of Speed

How to Get: Hidden behind a false wall on the second floor of the Arcane Tower. Defeat the tower’s guardian Golem to claim this item.

5.Astarion’s Antique Rapier

How to Get: Astarion’s personal quest must be completed, which involves a series of clues scattered across multiple maps leading to his former master’s estate.

6.Ring of Endless Charm

How to Get: Found in a locked chest aboard the Nautiloid in the prologue; you need advanced lockpicking skills or a special key dropped by an intellect devourer.

7.Scroll of True Resurrection

How to Get: Awarded for successfully negotiating peace between feuding factions at Moonrise Towers, though it requires significant investment in persuasion skills.

8.Wyvern Poison Gland

How to Get: Obtained by skinning a Wyvern corpse which can be located at high altitudes on cliffs surrounding the Phoenix Chapel.

9.Dazzling Circlet

How to Get: Part of a treasure horde found underwater in a cave below Blighted Village; diving equipment or water-breathing capabilities are needed.

10.Mirror Robe

How to Get: Rewarded upon completing Volo’s errand quest chain involving several performances and requiring mastery in deception and performance skills.

Each item on this list not only has its own backstory and significance within the world of Baldur’s Gate 3 but also offers gameplay enhancements that benefit various character builds and play styles
