As electric motorcycles become more popular, one of the biggest concerns for riders is the range they can get out of their bike. Unlike gasoline motorcycles, electric bikes require charging and have a limited range, making it important for riders to know which models can take them the farthest distance.

So, which electric motorcycles have the most range? Here are a few of the top contenders:

1. Zero SR/F: With a claimed range of up to 161 miles in the city and 82 miles on the highway, the Zero SR/F is one of the longest-ranging electric bikes on the market. This model features a 14.4 kWh battery and can reach a top speed of 124 mph.

2. Harley-Davidson LiveWire: The LiveWire has a range of 146 miles on the city and 95 miles on the highway. This bike features a 15.5 kWh battery and can hit a top speed of 110 mph, making it an excellent option for riders who want both range and power.

3. Energica Ego: The Energica Ego has a range of up to 124 miles and a top speed of 150 mph. This bike features a 21.5 kWh battery and is one of the fastest and longest-ranging electric motorcycles currently available.

4. Lightning Strike: The Lightning Strike boasts an impressive range of up to 200 miles per charge, with a top speed of 150 mph. This bike features a 20 kWh battery, making it one of the largest batteries available on an electric motorcycle.

5. Cake Kalk OR: The Cake Kalk OR is a lightweight, off-road electric motorcycle with a range of up to 50 miles on a single charge. While this may seem low compared to some of the other bikes on this list, it’s important to note that this bike is intended for off-road use and can handle difficult terrain with ease.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
