If you own an iPhone and record voice memos regularly, you may need to transfer them to your PC for various reasons. However, transferring voice memos from an iPhone to a Windows PC isn’t as easy as it is for Mac users. Mac users can easily transfer voice memos using iTunes, but for Windows users, it’s a bit more complicated. The good news is that there are several ways to transfer voice memos from your iPhone to a Windows PC without iTunes. In this article, we’ll show you some of these ways.

  1. Use iCloud

One of the simplest methods to transfer voice memos from an iPhone to a Windows PC is using iCloud. If you enable iCloud syncing on your iPhone, all your voice memos will be synced to the cloud. Here’s how to transfer your voice memos using iCloud:

Step 1: Go to Settings on your iPhone, select iCloud, and then sign in using your Apple ID.

Step 2: Enable iCloud Drive and turn on Voice Memos.

Step 3: Open your PC web browser, go to iCloud.com and sign in using your Apple ID.

Step 4: Look for the Voice Memos icon, click on it and select the voice memo you want to transfer.

Step 5: Click on the download button, and the voice memo will be saved to your PC.

  1. Use Email

Another way to transfer voice memos is by sending them via email. You can send an email containing your voice memo to any email account you have access to and download the memo to your PC. Here’s how to transfer your voice memos via email:

Step 1: Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone and select the voice memo you want to transfer.

Step 2: Click on the More Options icon and select Share.

Step 3: Choose the Email option and type in the email address you want to send the memo to.

Step 4: Click on send, and the memo will be sent to your email account.

Step 5: Access your email account from your PC, open the email and download the voice memo.

  1. Use Dropbox

Dropbox is a cloud-based storage service that allows users to store and share files with others. You can use Dropbox to transfer voice memos from your iPhone to your PC. Here’s how to transfer your voice memos using Dropbox:

Step 1: Download the Dropbox app on your iPhone and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone and select the voice memo you want to transfer.

Step 3: Click on the More Options icon and select Share.

Step 4: Choose the option to Save to Files and select Dropbox as the location.

Step 5: Open the Dropbox app on your PC, find the voice memo and download it.

  1. Use a Third-Party App

There are several third-party apps in the App Store that allow you to transfer voice memos from your iPhone to your PC. One of the most popular ones is iExplorer, which is available for both Mac and Windows. Here’s how to transfer your voice memos using iExplorer:

Step 1: Download and install iExplorer on your PC.

Step 2: Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable and launch iExplorer.

Step 3: Go to the Media folder and select Voice Memos.

Step 4: Find the voice memo you want to transfer and drag and drop it to your PC.
