With the advent of modern technology, it’s now easy to print documents even when you’re out of the house. In this article, we’ll discuss some of the ways to print documents when you’re not at home.

1. Cloud Printing

Cloud printing is an easy and convenient way to print documents from anywhere in the world. All you need to do is connect your printer to the cloud and enable cloud print on your device. Once you’ve done that, you can print any document from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop instantly.

2. E-mail Printing

One of the easiest ways to print documents on the go is by sending them through email. Most printers today have a designated email address that you can send documents to, and the printer will automatically start printing. This method is suitable for people who do not have access to a cloud printing service.

3. Mobile Printing

If you’re using a smartphone, you can print your documents using mobile printing. This feature is available on most smartphones and can be used to print documents from your phone wirelessly. Mobile printing apps like HP Smart or Canon Print are available for free download, which makes it easier to print your documents on your phone or tablet.

4. USB Printing

If you have a USB or memory stick, you can print documents directly from it by inserting it into the printer’s USB port. You can also use a USB cable to connect the printer to your laptop or computer and print documents.

5. Remote Printing

Some printers come with remote printing capabilities that allow you to print documents from anywhere in the world. This feature is ideal for people who travel frequently and need to print documents while on the go. To use remote printing, you need to install the manufacturer’s software on your device and follow the instructions provided.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
