TikTok Dance Workout: 10-Minute Viral Moves for Fun & Fitness

Get ready to groove with this high-energy, TikTok-inspired dance workout:

  1. The Renegade (1 minute)
    • Start with the classic arm movements
    • Add a squat for lower body engagement
  2. Savage Challenge (1 minute)
    • Focus on the hip movements
    • Add a jump between transitions for cardio
  3. Say So Dance (1 minute)
    • Emphasize the arm rolls and hip sways
    • Add a lunge with each directional change
  4. Blinding Lights Challenge (1 minute)
    • Exaggerate the running-in-place move
    • Add high knees for intensity
  5. WAP Dance (1 minute)
    • Focus on the leg movements and body rolls
    • Add push-ups during the floor section for upper body work
  6. Toosie Slide (1 minute)
    • Emphasize the sliding movements
    • Add a jump squat on each “left foot up, right foot slide”
  7. Git Up Challenge (1 minute)
    • Focus on the cowboy-inspired moves
    • Add a lasso arm movement for upper body engagement
