Ninja has revolutionized the air fryer market once again with its latest Crispi Pro, building on the success of its groundbreaking glass air fryer design.

The Evolution of Air Frying

SharkNinja unveiled the Ninja Crispi Pro Countertop Glass Air Fryer, expanding on last year’s top air fryer pick. Priced at $280, the new model offers larger cooking vessels and a more modular design aimed at preparing full meals, not just snacks.

Key Innovations

Non-Toxic Glass Design

Unlike traditional plastic air fryers, the Crispi Pro features:

  • BPA-free glass containers
  • Leak-resistant design
  • Ability to prepare, cook, serve, store, and reheat food in the same dish
  • Dishwasher-safe cooking chambers

Expanded Cooking Capabilities

The new model now includes six cooking functions:

  • Air fry
  • Bake
  • Max crisp
  • Recrisp
  • Roast
  • Dehydrate

A notable improvement is the precise temperature dial, allowing settings up to 450°F

Capacity and Versatility

The air fryer comes with:

  • A 6-quart container (capable of cooking a whole chicken)
  • A 2.5-quart casserole-style dish
  • Compatibility with existing 2.5-quart and 4-quart glass containers
  • Helpful handles for easy table transfer

Design and Aesthetics

The Crispi Pro is available in four colors:

  • Cyberspace
  • Rose quartz
  • Bone
  • Ash gray

The design is meant to remain on countertops rather than be stored away

Market Impact

The original Ninja Crispi generated over 715 million impressions across social media, indicating significant consumer interest in innovative cooking technologies.
