The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras brought the heat this week with a twist on the iconic “Running Up That Hill” challenge. This time, it wasn’t just about showcasing athleticism, it was about teamwork and communication across generations.

The challenge was a true test of physical and mental fortitude. The competitors, divided into two teams based on age (the 30s and 40s), had to navigate a grueling obstacle course, each element designed to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each era.

The 30s team, brimming with youthful energy, attacked the course with a ferocity that was a sight to behold. Their agility and quick reflexes shone through, allowing them to breeze through some of the more physically demanding tasks.

The 40s team, on the other hand, showcased an incredible amount of resilience and experience. They tackled the challenges with a calm and calculated approach, relying on their well-developed strategies and unwavering determination.

The real magic, however, came from the teamwork. Communication was key to success, and both teams displayed remarkable leadership skills. The older generation offered guidance and support, while the younger generation brought a fresh perspective and a willingness to adapt.

Ultimately, the “Running Up That Hill” challenge was more than just a competition. It was a testament to the power of collaboration and the beauty of embracing diversity. The battle of the eras was fought with respect and camaraderie, proving that even the most challenging obstacles can be overcome when we work together.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
