While it may be impossible to list the best steakhouse in every state according to Yelp without access to Yelp’s current data at this moment, what we can offer you is a taste of what different states consider top notch when it comes to their steakhouses. These are establishments often praised for their quality cuts, cooking to perfection, and outstanding service. Ranging from traditional and historic steakhouses to modern and eclectic takes on the classic American steakhouse, each state boasts unique spots that draw both locals and visitors alike.

In New York, Peter Luger Steak House in Brooklyn often emerges as a contender with its dry-aged steaks served in an old-school setting. Meanwhile, over in California, Harris’ in San Francisco is revered for its elegant ambiance and perfectly grilled meats. If we venture down into Texas, a state synonymous with great steaks, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas often tops the list with its extensive wine selection and melt-in-your-mouth prime beef.

For those who look for something beyond tradition, Chicago’s Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf offers a French flair on the steakhouse concept with a speakeasy-style basement bar. Heading to the Pacific Northwest, Portland’s RingSide Steakhouse is an institution that’s been serving USDA Prime steaks for over 75 years.

These highlights are just the appetizer of what could be an extensive list of acclaimed steakhouses across the United States based on Yelp reviews. While preferences and rankings can change over time as new reviews come in and new eateries open their doors, these establishments have consistently been at the forefront of their game according to their Yelp reviewers. To get the full course of “The Best Steakhouse in Every State,” one would need to dive into Yelp’s current data and rankings for the most updated information available.
