Fall is the season when cozy sweaters, crisp leaves, and pumpkin-flavored everything take over our hearts and kitchens. As we bid adieu to the last of summer’s warmth, it’s time to welcome autumn’s most comforting and awaited recipes—none more so than the delectable Pumpkin Magic Bars from Our Tiny Nest.

These bars are a harmonious blend of comforting spices, velvety pumpkin puree, and a medley of sweet morsels that make each bite an irresistible treat. The best part? They’re unbelievably easy to whip up—making them a favorite among busy families and novice bakers alike.

 Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

– 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

– 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

– 1 cup white chocolate chips

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

– 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

– Pinch of salt

 Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan.

3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker layer, spreading evenly.

4. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Spoon this mixture over the condensed milk layer carefully.

5. Sprinkle white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the top. Add a pinch of salt for balancing sweetness.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.

7. Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan before lifting out using the edges of the parchment paper as handles.

8. Cut into bars and serve.

Pumpkin magic bars have taken their rightful place among fall treats with their gooey, delightful layers packed with autumn flavors. The wonderful contrast between the crunch of nuts and sweetness of chocolate creates an unbeatable texture that seduces your palate.

Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party, preparing for Thanksgiving dessert, or simply looking for a perfect autumn snack to pair with your pumpkin spiced latte, these bars are just what you need.

So this season, as you wrap yourself in your coziest knits, remember to warm up your home with these scrumptious Pumpkin Magic Bars by Our Tiny Nest—a taste so magical it might just become an annual tradition!
