Brain fog can be a frustrating experience, affecting concentration and mental clarity. Fortunately, yoga can help alleviate these symptoms. Here are the 10 best yoga poses recommended by trainers to combat brain fog:

  1. Child’s Pose (Balasana): Calms the mind and relieves stress.
  2. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): Increases blood flow to the brain.
  3. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana): Refreshes the nervous system.
  4. Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana): Improves focus and coordination.
  5. Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani): Promotes relaxation and mental clarity.
  6. Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana): Calms the mind and reduces anxiety.
  7. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana): Energizes the body and mind.
  8. Eagle Pose (Garudasana): Enhances concentration and balance.
  9. Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): Builds mental stamina and focus.
  10. Corpse Pose (Savasana): Promotes deep relaxation and mental reset.

Remember to practice these poses mindfully and consult with a yoga instructor if you’re new to yoga.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
