Losing weight is a goal for many people, and exercise plays a crucial role in achieving this objective. However, with so many different exercises out there, it’s essential to focus on those that offer the best results for weight loss. According to fitness trainers, the following 10 exercises are effective at burning calories and promoting fat loss, making them ideal for anyone looking to shed some pounds.

1. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT involves short bursts of intense activity followed by brief rest periods. This type of training can include exercises like burpees, jump squats, or high knees, and it revs up your metabolism even after you’ve finished your workout.
