Round Rock ISD Shares Update on Safety, Security Efforts
Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD) has announced a significant update on its safety and security measures. The district scored a 96% on safety audits conducted by the Texas Education Agency. The audits included checks for unauthorized access, unlocked exterior doors, and accurate records of weekly door checks. Additionally, RRISD is expanding its effort to install safety film on all exterior windows and plans to update fencing across all campuses by 2029.
