Riverside Fatal Crash: Impairment & High Speed Suspected

A crash in Riverside, California, on November 12 resulted in the death of a passenger. Police suspect that impairment and high speed were factors in the crash. The driver, who was also hospitalized, lost control of the vehicle, which hit a tree. The investigation is ongoing.
