Introduction:

Embrace tropical bliss with our delightful Piña Colada Pie Recipe. This cool whip pie is the ultimate dessert to enjoy on a warm, sunny day. Simple to make and packed with delicious flavors, this mouth-watering pie will become an instant favorite among friends and family.

Ingredients:

– 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9 inches)

– 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained

– 3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut

– 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

– 2 cups cold milk

– 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed

– Optional: Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing the graham cracker crust as per the package’s directions.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and half of the flaked coconut. Mix well until evenly distributed.

3. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about two minutes until the mixture thickens.

4. Gently fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until well combined.

5. Stir in the pineapple-coconut mixture and mix until thoroughly incorporated.

6. Pour the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.

7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight for best results.

8. Before serving, top with another layer of your remaining Cool Whip, and sprinkle with the rest of the flaked coconut. If desired, garnish your Piña Colada Pie with maraschino cherries to add a touch of color and additional tropical flavor.

Conclusion:

Our Piña Colada Pie recipe proves that you don’t need a lot of time or effort to create an amazing dessert that will impress your guests. The delightful harmony of pineapple, coconut, and cool whip in a graham cracker crust makes this cool whip pie irresistible.
