A man was arrested in Taylorsville for attempting to kidnap a young girl. The suspect, Trong Viet Pham, allegedly followed the girl and tried to lure her into his car. The girl managed to escape and notify her father, who called the police. Pham was apprehended and charged with child kidnapping.
