Have you ever experienced your keyboard going mad and typing on its own? Then you’re not alone. This issue is quite common among Windows users and can be quite frustrating. The good news is that there are ways to fix it on Windows.

Here are some possible causes of the keyboard gone mad and typing on its own:

1. Malware or virus: Malware or virus on your computer can cause the keyboard to go mad and typing on its own.

2. Hardware issue: A hardware issue with your keyboard, such as a stuck key or a damaged circuit board, can cause the keyboard to type on its own.

3. Driver issues: Outdated or corrupt drivers can sometimes cause the keyboard to malfunction and type on its own.

4. Sticky keys: Sometimes, sticky keys can cause the keyboard to type on its own. This can be caused by debris or dirt that has accumulated under the keys.

Here are some ways to fix the keyboard gone mad and typing on its own:

1. Scan for malware and virus: Use a trusted antivirus software to scan your computer for malware and virus. If any are detected, remove them immediately.

2. Clean your keyboard: Turn off your computer and unplug the keyboard. Use a can of compressed air or a soft-bristle brush to remove any debris or dirt that has accumulated under the keys.

3. Update drivers: Go to Device Manager and check if there are any outdated or corrupt drivers for your keyboard. If there are, update them.

4. Disable sticky keys: Press the Shift key five times in a row to open the Sticky Keys settings. Turn off the “Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times” option.

5. Check for hardware issues: If none of the above methods work, it is possible that your keyboard has a hardware issue. In this case, it is best to replace the keyboard with a new one.
