Keto Stuffing Recipe – How to Make Keto Stuffing

When it comes to enjoying a delicious and satisfying holiday meal while maintaining a keto lifestyle, finding the perfect keto-friendly side dish can be challenging. Keto stuffing, however, is an excellent option that allows everyone at the table to enjoy the classic comfort food while sticking to their low-carb diet.

Here’s an easy and tasty keto stuffing recipe that will satisfy your cravings for festive flavors without compromising your ketogenic goals. Let’s dive into how to make this scrumptious keto stuffing.

Ingredients:

– 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets

– 1 cup almond flour

– 1/2 cup coconut flour

– 3 large eggs

– 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or ghee

– 1/2 cup chopped onion

– 1/2 cup chopped celery

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

– 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

– 1 teaspoon ground sage

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and coconut flour. Add the eggs and melted butter or ghee, mixing until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add an extra egg or more melted butter as needed.

3. Spread out the dough onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into half-inch cubes.

4. While the bread is cooling, heat a skillet over medium heat with some oil or butter. Add in onions and celery, sautéing until soft and aromatic. Add parsley, poultry seasoning, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine before turning off the heat.

5. In a large bowl, toss together the cooled bread cubes and seasoned onion-celery mixture, ensuring the flavors are evenly distributed.

6. Spread out the mixture on a nonstick baking dish or casserole dish greased with butter or oil. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the top is slightly crisp and golden brown.

7. Allow your keto stuffing to cool for a few minutes before serving alongside your main holiday dish or as a standalone side.
