IRA Account Dispute
An Olathe couple is in a legal battle with Bank of America over an IRA account initially opened in 1981. The couple claims the account, which should have grown to over $200,000, has no record at the bank. After contacting the state and being advised to file a lawsuit, the couple is now in court trying to reclaim their retirement savings.
